Through generous donations at High Tide Global, the Garden of Knowledge has been able to build a much-needed medical building. This building was a requirement to continue the school, as they are continuing to grow and accept new students. The medical building will also be open to the local village, as this is the only medical building in the local area.

Hazel Ortega and a team went to Kampala and the Garden of Knowledge to visit Charles and his students as well as do the ribbon cutting of the new Medical Building “Tree of Life Medical Centre”. The day was spent with the entire village and local government officials present with speeches, dancing, and celebration.

The average cost of living in the Gulu district is about $1 a day.
For Charles to keep the children and staff at the school for a year, the cost is $250 per student per year.

The Garden of Knowledge School in Kampala, Uganda has been a recipient of the Superhero program from High Tide Global since 2022. Since then, the students are excelling and improving. The program is designed to follow the students for life, teaching them the skills they need to thrive and make a better world.
